Turbo games on the Revolution?

Hey all,
    is this for real?!  what are the details.  i haven't been following 
the game scene for a little over a week or so since my mom visited me 
here in japan.  is it only cd-roms?  downloadable content only?  what 
what what?  i'm very curious.     thanks in advance, george
