there ar a couple of shops where you can just walk in and buy games (i
can:t recall the names) and there is a very interesting feature. you
can even ask them if they sell illegal copies. i:m not recommending
that you buy them of course but it is interesting to see the black
market business which operates out of europe's back door game shops.
if you are looking for shops with pcengine stuff, it's going to be
tough. i don't know what these stores have today but try these sources

good luck. one thing that always works for me is asking any game
shop and usually someone who works there can direct you to a good
