The Flash cards enable you to take a PCE ROM, and via your USB port, upload
the ROM to the card, then plug the cart into your PCE, and play the ROM on real
hardware.
This is an essential tool for PCE Developers (I had a RAM card, but it
died somewhere
along the way).
