Gotzendiener worth a flip?

I remember reading about Gotzendiener
way back in an early issue of Game Fan
(like a gamer nerd, I have every issue of
Game Fan in a closet), and it looked interesting.
I never picked it up, now I've come across
the game on a web page, and it's rekindled
my interest in it.
 
Is it a good game? Can it be had for cheap?
Lowest I've found is 30, highest is 150, ack.
