Hello mostly quiet list and not so quiet list members, or did I get
that backwards?
Anyhow, as some of you know MindRec (ahem) has been working on a new
TurboDuo/PCE title called Hypernova Blast.
We were looking at having the title ready by the end of the year, but
have made a lot of progress in the last week, and have moved ahead of
schedule, so much that we are going to be in need of some beta testers
starting next week.

Please note that these are from a few weeks ago, and the game is
actually a lot further along than this, the current To Do list is

So, what do I need from a beta tester? Not much.. . but you need to
be able to do a few things:
1. Have, or be willing to setup a Dropbox account
2. Have access to a PC/Mac with a PCE/Duo emulator and know how to
move a soft ISO to a way that it can understand
3. Have access to real Duo or PCE Hardware, and know how to burn a
CD from your PC/Mac to run on it
4. Time -- if you have only a few minutes to give to this, then I
would ask that you let someone else do it. I want persons who are
willing to work for minimum wage, oh, I wasn't supposed to say that..
.seriously, you should be willing to invest 10-20 hours over the next
2 weeks though,
5. You must, MUST agree to not re-distrubte any of the provided
material, or blog about it, post on BBs, (etc) at least not until the
final product is available
And what will you get for all your effort?
1. A free copy of the game when it is released.

4. Fame, glory and everything that goes with that.
5. Cocaine.
Okay, maybe not so much on #5, but who knows what #4 will lead to?

name & email (I may be able to figure the latter out), what hardware
you have (PC/MAC and Duo/PCE), an estimation of how much time you can
spend on this in the latter half of October, and a few words about why
you want to do this.
We are looking for open honest feedback, this is your chance to be a
part of the best "homebrew" turbo game yet.
