been trying for over a day to post a help note for a Lister who is
unable to post from his hotmail account. the problem may have been the
attachment which i am omitting on this third attempt to see if there is

Kids, has anybody done this mod? I wired it all up, but got nothing but
SOUND out of it, video was a black screen...I've purchased the cap, NTE
"NEV.10M50AA" (Fry's PN 1709618) but haven't installed yet for
fear of
toasting the whole damn thing. [Trying to repair a stock TG16 with hosed RF
port (haven't we all done this at some point?)]
Questions:
1A) Again, anybody done this mod? What were your results?
2) Please list part number used if you used a cap...how did you use the
cap? (They're polarized...positive = in, negative = out?)

Note in passing that I can be of MUCH more use to this list a whole if some
sort of allowance were made for my crappy email address.....(can this be
addressed on a case-by-case basis rather than domain basis????)
