First, my apologies for sending this to the whole Turbo List, but every
attempt to send this message to the list owner has bounced back. I
purchased a flash cart from someone who participated in one of your
initial mass purchases. Needless to say, the cart didn't work, and I
wound up returning it to Hong Kong in hopes of getting a replacement. I
carefully indicated to them to send it back to me, but I think it was
shipped to you on August 26th, 2008 via dhl. I nearly gave up on any
chance of receiving a returned, fully-functioning flash cart, since
they're customer service is atrocious, but after checking by freak
chance today, I noticed it was shipped to you, via DHL, and I can
provide you with a tracking number or any other relevant information.
If I can pay for shipping from NC to Florida, would you please ship it
to me? Let me know what we can work out. If there's a better way to get
a hold of BT, other than this list, could someone let me know?
