This sounds like a cap fix, a very common problem with the Turbo Express
units. I have been doing these for pcenginefx.com members for a while,
you can look me up on there my member name is *Duo_R
*I am happy to fix for you, except I currently am working on a Duo-R
system for someone, and another broken Turbo Express. Let me know if you
need help and I will que you up for the fix. If you are pretty handy
with mods, there is plenty of info out there to do it yourself. I highly
recommend this not be your first fix however since I have known people
to ruin systems.
