Yeah Matt, short of a RGB-modded CRT TV or monitor, there is now a pretty excellent RGB-to-YPbPr circuit that you can use in any NEC console you might have (Turbo Duo, TG-16, etc.) and if your modern LCD HDTV supports a 240p signal through its green Luma/Y jack, then you will see an amazing improvement in picture quality! Note however that a % of modern LCD TVs reject a 240p signal when inputted via the YPbPr/Component jacks, but it'll still work in the Composite jack which means you'll still be stuck with that...

1) You can follow my guide on PCEngineFX.com and do this mod yourself if you're up for the challenge. Seeing the whole thread will require registration but I linked the photo schematic to give ya an idea.

2) You can ship off the unit to an expert modder known as turbokon and have him mod it for you or the electrical engineer who designed it in the firsr place (Steven Hanley AKA thesteve). Here's his site: http://www.tg16pcemods.com/
