D-Lite has manufactured a bunch of quarter-sized PCBs that
semi-automate the region switching process. The page linked to above
details the procedure for installing these PCBs. I believe Dean has
these PCBs for sale, or if you don't feel up to it, he can do the
entire mod for you.
