Well, I failed the 'hardcore' gamer test, as my years of
pining for a PC-FX and the lone shooter on it ended in
a fair bit of disappointment. The Super Grafx will remain
the epitome of console cool in my little world.
Which leads to a funny story -
I thought I'd sell the SG and games, and asked the
high end for them. Got no offers. Figured I'd try ebay,
pull the SG out, set it up, leave it out that night. A cat
got into the room that night, and pissed on the SuperGrafx.
The SuperGrafx no longer works. Yay! Damnable cat.
Dozens of consoles to piss on, and it picks the one
that was the most effort for me to acquire. Remember
the pre-ebay days, aka effort? Haw! ;-)

Random thing for anyone into arcade games, last week
Namco arcade listed a BUNCH of used arcade games
in almost all states last week for dirt cheap prices,
stuff like NFL Blitz for 99 bucks, NBA showtime for 149
bucks, ded. Gauntlet/Gauntlet:DL for 149 bucks. Deals
if you're looking for games. Go to www.namcoarcade.com
and click 'used game sales' then choose what you want
(I highlight every damn option) and choose state.
I tend to also choose 'list lowest to highest' too.
I'm nabbing a Planet Harriers for 249 bucks.
