The only isometric game for the PCE had tremendous potential, but it looks like Gainax were forced to rush out its release. The result is an action/adventure with rather good graphics but a poor gameplay and a horrendous code choke full of bugs (most of them lethal). To top it off, the five levels are of very uneven length, ranging from five minutes to an hour at most. The cutscenes seem to have odd holes in their plots, leading to think that the game was initially meant to be much longer than this. The PSG musics are nothing to write home about, but they provide an overall nice atmosphere. A shame that Götzendiener was not compatible with the Arcade Card, in which case we could have benefited from the excellent CD music Kenichi Ohkuma composed for the cutscenes. All in all, good premise but poor result unworthy of Gainax. You will want to give it a try only if you really enjoy isometric games. I do!
Ne vous fiez pas aux screenshot qui laisse présager un bon jeu, celui ci est quasi soporifique étant donné la rareté des ennemis et les enigmes classiques et de plus il est court et facile ce qui est une chance car la maniabilité est limite.A éviter
