Order Of The Griffon

This is an official D&D game similar to the old "Gold Box" games released for home computers in the 80's. The one thing that really hurts this game is no character creation. Yep, no re-rolling to get that 18 constitution, you have to use the pre-fab chars. Plus, there are only three from each class to choose from. Combat is done in a 3D-ish isometric view and is not very forgiving. If you mess up, you can't go back. It follows the D&D rules though.. cast lightning bolt near a wall and it'll bounce, cast fireball in a crowded room and.. ouch. This game is also pretty short. You can make it to level 8 in no time.
