A better conversion than Sega's SMS version or Tengen's NES version, but still not as good as the arcade version. If you have a real PCE, pick it up. If you just do emulation, then go with MAME...

Missing level two, no between stage bonus rounds, no close contact fighting- and yet it still rocks. I just love creeping while crouched dishing out throwing stars. A welcome addition to any retro dream machine- which the PC Engine surely is.

Nah, this is actually quite a poor conversion of a brilliant arcade game. The programmers were lazy: the Pc Engine could easily have managed this game, why did they take out the close contact fighting moves??? That omission makes the game much tougher. Without the bonus levels, etc, this game just seems half-finished and half baked...Avoid
