Ys IV The Dawn Of Ys

Pure RPG Heaven. It does not get any better than this (as far as action based RPGs go). If you fancy yourself an RPG guru, then this game needs to not only be on your shelf, but on your Duo's spindle.

Fantastic Action-RPG with tremendous soundtrack and magnificent cinematics. It is one of my favorite Falcom game. A must have.

This game will likely go down in history as the second-best PC Engine SCD of all time. (If you don't know what the best one is, just think garlic and wooden stakes.) I enjoyed this game from the moment I pulled off the shrink wrap until the sad day I shipped it off to a lucky eBay bidder after I had already played through it umpteen times and had every wonderful tune memorized note for note (and had them all burned to a CDR.) Sometimes I still miss you, Ys IV, but I couldn't handle the idea of not sharing my unbelievable gaming experience with someone else. That's how special you are...

Terrefic game by Falcom! After the failure of Ys III, this game makes it's way back up better than ever! Fantastic graphics, beatiful animated sequences, a great versitle soundtrack (a couple steps down from I & II, but just really nice still), intreuging story, very detailed bosses, and pure fun! It's a must have game, if you are a Ys or Falcom fan, you'll love this game.
