A nice Taito port of the arcade RPG/Platformer, Cadash was brought to the US by Working Designs (we love you :) Graphics are nice, colorful, and varied throughout the game. Four characters to play as, with many items unique to each, contribute to the game's replayability. Its downfalls include the harsh audio, weak storyline, and overall length. Better than the Genesis port.

Thanks to Working Designs we in the US were able to play a great game. The graphics were good, with large characters, the colors are excellent and vibrant. The music and sound ar lacking and sound tinny sometimes, but is not enough to detract from the overall experience. An excellent 2-player title, if a little short. A sequel would have been much welcomed. A must have for all collectors.

Well, if any of you ever played the Sega Genesis version of this game, you will see why the Turbo version is so much better. The graphics (while smaller) are brighter and more detailed. The animation is much better as well. Plus the Turbo version has all four playable characters. I loved this game in the arcade, it has lost a little over the years but not much. Still one of the Turbo\'s finest side scrolling games, especially chip games. It has some fairly large sprites, large levels, detailed graphics, good controls...its one of my top 5 HuCards.

Even though we dont here that much from working designs anymore,as it seem they only port games over to the ps2 damn it.Even though cadash wasnt a great game,they went on to translate some great games for the sega-cd and sega saturn.

I love beating this game with different friends, playing different guys. Pretty much Link meets Lengendary Axe but with two-player mode picking from 4 characters. Rocks. Endlessly.

Cheat Codes (4)

CADASH
Special Items	Amulet of dragon: Jump from rope into the rock on right and walk through rock located in continent four! Amulet gives you 65,535 gold. On ledge to top left of rope, there's a green dragon.
Secret Rooms	Secret opening is a shortcut throught the fire rope area in continent four, which will take you safely through this section. Once you're through the fire rope area and have fallen from the cliff, walk through the wall on the right to find a life bell. In final castle, look for invisible vines and platforms. These will lead to such useful items as the life bell and elixir. One such place is the chamber to the right of the princess, annother is on the lower levels of the castle. Every character can reach the vine, but the angle of jump will be different.
Continues	At the title screen after game is over, press & hold I+II+D on thumb pad, then press RUN. This allows you to continue 3 times from beginning of the last stage you were on.
Special Password	Simply enter your name as TORU and you'll start the game in the cave just past the first boss character with the maximum experience level of 20! To perform this trick in a two-player game, just enter the name TORU for both characters.
