Imagine, running through an enemy camp, shooting a motorcycle riding baddie, hopping on it, proceeding to fire M-16 rounds at more enemies while hopping over a barbed wire fence with your bike then bullets sink into your ride's gas tank, you hop off of it in the nic of time before it explodes and throw pineapple gernades atop a truck to blow away the guys who shot it in the first place. That's a little sample of what level one is like. NEC released Bloody Wolf in hopes of it being the ''Contra Killer''. Was it? read on... Bloody Wolf's title screen assaults your TV screen with a riveting opening track and the appearance of the two heros's Eagle and Snake. Bloody Wolf has some nice cinema's between levels, the characters are nicely drawn and well animated. When playing the game, the characters, although small are nicely detailed. The backgrounds are great, you always know what an area's is supposed to be and such. Explosions are pretty well done as well, especially after defeating a tank, helico

Fun as hell- good to play with friends taking turns. A total Konami rip-off, no doubt.

Great fun and marginally better than the similar Red Alert. On the easy side though.
