That's a good question as I have seen the NEC PAC 1 go for around 450 plus on ebay and private sales so a safe estimate for a PAC 10 would be at the least $500 and you can go from there. Abe

My LaserActive (one of them) has a LD disc slip condition, but can read CD's and carts perfectly. Anybody have experience in fixing this?

Yeah, I'm still here also. I still use mine, although, admittedly more as a Sega (Mega-Drive) than with the Laseractive discs that I own. I can never find the N-10 at a reasonable price...but I keep watching for that one also...

This is years too late (probley) but the Jade Crystal upgrades your sword... you can 'use' it anywhere to upgrade. Shows a short video of your sword starting to shine. It is highly recommended to upgrade your weapon with it before facing the end boss of the Labrinth. Only 50%...
